7. Eating excess
Eating excessive or eating fast food too often can cause weight gain without control, high blood pressure, gallstones, diabetes, and heart.
8. Rest less
Set aside time for relaxation, reading a book, a warm bath, or doing something that you enjoy activities alone. You’d be surprised at the perceived influence. What is clear, you feel better and free from stress.
